Re: Uncontrollable Giggle Fits

Those SNL skits were funny. I saw Bride of Blackenstein before. That one made me laugh out loud. Lately I've had an interest in Jesse Eisenberg, so I've been looking up his performances, and that was a funny. Also, liked the Bill Hader one. He and Kristin Wiig were very funny in the movie Adventurel...

Re: Uncontrollable Giggle Fits

Hi Everyone! I'm kind of excited that people are still posting on this thread. When I have a down day, I'm going to have to go through it and check out the giggle fits.
:D
Take care,

Re: Uncontrollable Giggle Fits

I am going to have to make it a nightly ritual to read more of these posts. I just read Helgecko's list and absolutely cried with laughter. I think I'm guilty of at least 80% of these things. My favorite was the spelling over the phone "G for (10 min. pause) Goonies." I regularly talk to a...

Re: Uncontrollable Giggle Fits

I enjoyed catching up on these. I particularly laughed reading the Jack Handy quotes. I remember those from SNL. I didn't realize there were actually books.

Re: Let's talk about usernames

I'm right handed too! (Although I am left brained.) :D My user name is just my name. I should be more creative, but at times when I'm creative on boards, I usually just end up posting my first name at the end of message, because I really just want people to call me by my name anyway. (Boring, I know...

Re: The official sig and avatar appreciation thread

Thanks for posting that schipperke! I guess I had seen that clip before, but missed that moment. I had seen the greeting before, but didn't know what it was called.

Re: Bret, will you go to the prom with me?

I remember the big hair and shoulder pads. I usually ripped the shoulder pads out too. I remember having blouses with shoulder pads, then buying blazers with shoulder pads (thus, double shoulder pads). It really was quite crazy.

Re: What are you? A guy or something?

Welcome Daniela! It's interesting how well represented Texas is on this board. I've never been there before (except to change planes in the Dallas airport.) My husband was working in Houston from the beginning of February to the end of May, but is now back in the northeast. He said it was very hot d...

Re: Interview in the Sun (UK newspaper)

Thanks for posting this article, Cleren. It's interesting to hear them say that they are possibly thinking of a third season in NZ, even if it is just an idea.

By the way, nice to see Wales represented on the forum here too. I love the fact that we have people from all over the world on here.

Happy Birthday Bret! Wishing you all things wonderful in the coming year! :birthday:

When today my husband out of the blue says "Who wants to rock the party", and smiles at me, and it makes my whole day!

(Ha! I converted him! I'm quite pleased about that.) :adoration: :D

Re: Consumed by rage

When I'm in crisis mode and want to cheer up, I do turn to music too. My favorite cheer up song is Monty Python's "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life". It cracks me up and makes me smile, and puts my problems in perspective. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHPOzQzk9Qo I also like Bob Ma...

A bikini  I look nearly as hot as Jarrod now, although my aquatic fighting skills are slitghtly better  Congrats Biscuit on buying a bikini! I have a lot of respect for adult women, who have the guts to wear bikinis. I don't think I've ever owned one in my life, even when I was young, th...
