I haven't heard of the Reduced Shakespeare Company. Any good links to share.

Dagmar, I enjoyed watching Every Sperm is Sacred again. I was just thinking of that one too. The cancaning nuns crack me up. I'll have to look at the other links you posted too. Is it a book?

or even by the Reduced Shakespeare Company.

The Reduced Shakespeare Company? Are they still around?? I saw them, I swear, 20 years ago.

I wish I had time to check out all these vids (having enough trouble with the concert vids to vote on). I'm a little behind but I must say I wasted about a good hour on despair.com thanks to you guys today. The one on worth was a particular favourite, but I can't remember now what it said... :bang: (but I swear, it was funny)

Oh my goodness, I LOVE Fawlty Towers!! That was hilarious. John Cleese is a genius, no doubt about it. I actually have the entire season on DVD up at my cottage, I watch it all the time. I don't think there's one episode that I don't like :D

4everconchordsfan, I'm looking forward to watching your links. I was going to save it for folding laundry time. It is so easy to goof off on here. Somehow I have to find a way to combine it with actual work.

I just went on www.engrish.com for the first time in ages.
It's always good for the wiping-away-tears kind of laughter

I love Engrish  An English professor at my uni has written three books called "Broken English Spoken Perfectly" and I laugh till I cry reading them. Two of my favourites include:

In case of emergency press bottom!

No, the commentary to R. Kelly is just a little thingy on a silly website called "Something awful", in the section called "Your band sucks".

Since I'm allergic to smug besserwissers, especially when it comes to music (I have to admit I'm sometimes guilty of thinking like a music snob myself, but I try my best not to act like one), I find these articles by the same author extremely exhilarating:

Our work said that the other day, I cried from laughing...and at the R Kelly commentary. :D :D

In holiday in HongKong and Singapore I saw some great mistranslations - will try to get the pics up but keep being told they're too big. I'll try to work out how to shrink them!

Yeah, our facilities have some unique ideas...some of the menus have been a little scary as well - will have to dig some out!

'Self-clearing tables' was a classic though...we waited for hours for the table to clear and wash itself. We were disappointed :(

This is quite funny - kind of a similar joke to Hiphopapotamus v Rhymenocerous, but in WWII

Also, some more 'novelty music'

These were posted over in the Speak New Zillund thread, and I thought they deserved to be posted here as well (as it cracked me up).
Here's a great New Zealand Pronunciation list posted by Great H. (My personal favorite is the "sucks peck"

And here's a funny clip with New Zealand speak. Apparently, they are calling each other "bro", and the whale says he is "beached as", which as I understand it means (very beached).

It makes me laugh every time when the seabird says "Oh, sh#t, you're beached as! Don't know what it is about that line, but cracks me up every time I watch it.
