Stick with Season 1 & 2....Season 3 is pretty average...

I really love the series!! I too got the box set, (from myself) for Christmas! I love getting gifts that I really wanted!

I have to say I laugh out loud during the commentaries. They are way too funny and I cannot wait to see them live.

I watch amazon for region 1 dvd for their tour and Bunny and the Bull etc. No luck yet. I never bought the region free dvd player, something always came up that costs money...

I bought a new wireless keyboard and mouse today. You know what? I put them exactly where the stationary ones were...go figure. But the keyboard is one of those ergo-friendly blah blahs, and I am having one heck of a time typing correctly...weird, it makes my wrists hurt..

In addition I have to say I really appreciate the universe Fielding and Barratt create together a lot more than the individual stand-up routines I have seen on YT.

I don't dislike Noel's stand-up, though it is rather 'different' from everything else I've seen. Most comedians will talk about things everyone can recognise from their own lives, while Noel just tells fairly odd, yet highly entertaining stories with no basis in anything remotely normal. :D

From what I've seen of Julian I suspect I would have to be severely drunk to laugh out loud at it. :worry:

I haven't seen many routines, just a few old ones, so I may be wrong...

julian doesnt do stand up anymore & noels done the same stand up for over ten years so dont worry about that ;)
ive seen noel do stand up twice, i do love him but at big chill he kinda crashed & burned, but i think that was cos it was a massive tent, & he kept trying to interact with the audience which you cant do if you're miles away from them hah.

i like how you dropped the series 3 thing peaches hahah! i loved it, some people dislike it...depends on people really.

*feels like watching boosh* this post feels negative...nevermind, you all know how i feel *love*

Nothing negative about that post, Panda :)

I figured Julian hadn't done anything lately, coz there was nothing to be found on YT (and if it isn't on YT it doesn't exist  )

I actually quite like season 3...just for the record like 8)

Yeah I haven't heard many positive reviews about Season 3 but I'm looking forward to watching it all the same. :)

Ah yes I remember seeing that pic of Julian in Penelope Princess of Pets. He plays an evil MP. That reminds me, it should be broadcast soon because if I remember correctly, Comedy Lab on Channel 4 which PPoP is part of, starts 'early 2010'. At first it was scheduled for December '09/January '10 so I'm hoping it starts next month. :D

Crack Fox does make me laugh, but I didn't like the whole be mean to Howard vibe it had...there was a certain innocence about the 1st series (which is my favourite).
