I check http://www.craigslist.org almost everyday. The best-of-craigslist section is always good for a laugh.

For light reading and great gift book ideas: http://www.chroniclebooks.com

Blogthings is fun when you're bored as hell and you need to know things such as, Who's Your Celebrity Style Sister or What Monopoly Piece Are You? Because these are essential things to know. http://www.blogthings.com

I also have the following two sites bookmarked for future reference in case I ever travel to any of these places.

1. World's Weirdest Hotels, Part Deux

2. 12 Mysterious Underground Tours

Another one that I like. It makes me laugh. Here are a few recent entries that I enjoyed:

Today, I wrote an essay and called it "A life" so that when it saved it would tell me "You have just saved a life" it did, and I felt accomplished, MLIA

Today, my little sister asked my dad if she was his little princess. Not wanting to choose favorites, he said all his children were his little princesses. I think he forgot he had a son. MLIA.

Cakewrecks is one of my favorites. It never fails to leave me

How About Orange is a nice design-oriented blog, with cool DIY crafty projects on occasion.

I also love the Stormtroppers 365, which I check daily. If you haven't seen them before, it's worth making your way through the whole collection. There are some really great and funny photos, and he's still adding.

And for food inspiration, Kayotic Kitchen is fantastic. I've tried a lot of her recipes and they're always excellent! She's Dutch, but writes in excellent English and always makes sure to include ingredients that are fairly universal, no matter where you live.

I loved Regretsy - who hasn't bought something from there which turns out to be a bit weird.

This is nice, in a bleak way
