Love the cheap aquarium.

That first pic is kinda funky and cool. I'm not a fan of the flash either, but a lot of times I forget to turn it off.

Laura that's awesome you saw Robert McCammon! I've read some of his short stories and I like them. My mom is a big fan though, she loved Boy's Life. :thumb: Nice t-shirt!

Thanks! It's from the same friend who got me the poster. She knows nothing of the boys, only that I love them. She got it online at a place where you can have anything put on a College-y shirt like this. She had some made up for herself and her hub that say their last name University. 8)

Mock, I particularly like the second "blurry" shot you got when you were chasing your daughter. She's clear, but the background looks like it was spinning! Very cool!

Faith, it's been snowing off and on here today, so the pictures of the water and the sunshine and the dock have me drooling. ;)

SuzyBatt, the butterfly shots are fantastic! I don't think I've ever seen the butterfly that close to emerging before!

Friday I went in search of a photography exhibit that is supposed to be going on this week, but I couldn't find it. I did take my own camera, though, and ended up taking a few photos while I was out and about. This window display was great, I thought. Plus, once again, the reflections from the Tommy Hilfiger store across the street actually kind of added some interest to it all.

Yesterday, I was a lazy sloth and it wasn't until early evening that I thought to take a photo. Fortunately, as I was settling the table for dinner, I thought to get a shot of this funky decorative set of bowls we have:

How crazy is that? You just take a random pic at the end of the day...what bowls??

The set of bowls makes a great photo...could be enlarged for some awesome wall art, really, good show!!

Love the shadows on them, especially the yellow one which looks a bit ukulele-like. 8)

Those photos are awesome, Indy. You take great photos. You have a nice eye. And probably a nice camera, lol. I like your window photos, I tend to look at them a long time trying to figure out what is going on in the reflections. ;) I love that the Just Married display has a picture of two guys. :hrm: It wouldn't be gay! If we.... got married..... well OK maybe a little bit gay.

So, my house arrest continues. Kids still sick, weather still crappy, mama going a little , hee hee. I took this while I was cleaning up the kids' playroom.

Poor Barbie is meeting a gruesome end... but she looks happy about it.

I almost forgot to take pics for today, so took these of my souvenirs from Japan.

It's a remote controlled dinosaur. My son got it from his grandparents for Christmas. It was very expensive and he played with it all day on Christmas and I don't think he's touched it since. And yes she does look remarkably undisturbed by the whole situation. Probably the Botox. ;) Inside she's screaming.

Those are awesome, Faith! :thumb: I love those little cats. I forget what they're supposed to symbolize - is it prosperity? :hrm:

I think the raised right paw means wealth and good luck... or at least that's what the man who sold it to me said. I could be wrong.
