Random Taika Goodness

this is just for little things that don't really warrant having their own thread...

I just saw this Age Pryor video, which was directed by (you guessed it) one Mr Waititi:

It's probably old news to many people, but I really liked it and thought I'd share :D
Apparently Taika himself appears at approx 1:07 (taking the polaroid photo), but I can't really tell if it's him.
It's all about the music.

He has a habit of making fleeting appearances in things he directs

good on him, makes life more fun for us Taika-spotters

I found another thing, again a bit old, but amazingly bizarre and hilarious and strange
It's a short film from 2004 with Taika and Loren playing a number of characters, called Heinous Crime

"yes, I know, the law is a big stinky bottom" :roll2:

edit: yet another Taika-directed gem. This is the music video of Bright Grey by The Phoenix Foundation.
It's a retro delight, and yes, Taika makes a brief appearance

Heinous Crime and the scene from Strip turned me, as they say elsewhere, Tai-Conchordian.
Too much time on too many hands - too many ladies, not enough mans

His new movie sounds interesting. Too bad you can't see the trailer yet outside of NZ.

Yeah I  Taika too. I hope he and Jemaine make another movie together soon, or any project really. I wonder whatever became of that kid's show they were talking about six months or so ago.
