Hmmm, very sorry to hear about this no-CD situation, Venus...that's really weird but it's nothing that can't be fixed, I would think.
But the non-response thing just adds to the frustration because you can't have resolution. I too emailed them first thing last week because on the record I received, the label on one side is so far off-center that it goes over the last song on that side, affecting the ability to play it all the way through. Plus, athestically, it's a dud. Plus-plus, when you spend your hard-earned dollars on something, you want it to be right, right? So, I emailed them explaining the issue at hand and did they have any more purple pressings and what did I need to do next. And, nothing. So, I emailed them again today at the general info address.
We'll both just have to wait and see, I guess...
Could/should call too, though, maybe.
