So much fun to read this discussion. After reading the entire critical analysis I think the data points to two different, yet very similar jackets as well. I think the newer one might look a little awkward because of his stance in the picture, but then again if it fit well it wouldn't make a difference how he was standing. More pics would help! :rolleyes:

I consulted my mom who always has something to say regarding Jemaine's clothing choices. She says the jacket on the TV show appears to fit him as opposed to the other one that "he has stuffed himself into." :roll2:

They're completely different jackets - not even similar except for the colour! LOL!
One has a flaps at the bottom (not necessarily pockets) and a slit pocket at the breast, the other has a flap on the breast (not necessarily a pocket) and full patch pockets at the bottom. Also one has a lapel button hole the other doesn't. :geek:

They're close tho, very close... Jem must've taken a fancy to the show one and found something similar!

dt- yep, the way it seems to have an hourglass shape makes me think you might be right on...except for the fact that the buttons are on the man-side... :hrm:

I had no idea there was a man side. It does look more like a ladies jacket to me. If that's the case he should wear way more womens clothes. :snakeman:

Our buttons are on the left....men's are on the right.

I used to have a men's spring jacket that I loved but it felt so foreign when I'd go to zip it up...I'd always get it backwards at first, lol....
