No seriously, that's fantastic, bakergirl! You've captured his scruffy hair and sideburns perfectly. I'm also jealous of how pretty your handwriting looks -- that's hard to do with a squeezy tube of chocolate.

This is madness, but I love it. :rolls:

Count yourself lucky. I tried to do Bret, but my kiddies got into it when I had barely started, and turned him into a flippin' CHICKEN.
That's the conclusion that I've come to, but...

Or possibly an owl.

All I had managed to do, before I got called to the phone and they hijacked it, was cut the pineapple in half.

This work of art will be entitled: "What Is, And What Might Have Been".

Dry black eyed peas. I got the idea from this guy, who we were talking about over on the Bret Birthday thread, where all this madness began.

I love the cover! Too cool! Wonder if borders has that, I'd like to look through it.

Trefusis, nifty! I can sort of see Bret in that, but I do see the owl too. Mostly it just makes me hungry for pineapple, no breakfast yet and pineapple would be really good! This is not a good thread for being hungry!

"Hey Ya'll, I'm destroying your city!" And the Bret and Jemaine angels looked on in approval.

 Must admit, I don't see Bret in it myself. At the time, I hadn't quite worked out how I was going to proceed, but it sure as heck hadn't been going to involve two Liquorice Allsorts and a broccoli stalk

Y'know, it probably looks better than anything I'd have come up with anyway, so a chicken owl thing it shall remain.

Has anyone tried to recreate the Jemaine pizza (Seriously, no puns come to mind) from Mugged?

I figure, it was done so perfectly the first time, why bother.

Ha ha! Maybe just a bit odd. ;) I think a box of recipe cards with photos on them would be much more practical and useful.

Mohumbai, ... that is one fine signature. The knife is inspired.

Definitely, mockingbird! A box of carefully crafted recipes for deep psychological trauma would go down a treat, I'm sure   . Can I just put my name down in advance to do the honey ones?

The Treflets are all giggly that our pineapple chicken owl is on the Internet. We have called him "Bert" - a Bret who didn't quite work out - and also because we feel that, minus the monobrow, there is a definite resemblance to Ernie's other half from Sesame Street. We will miss Bert greatly when he passes on - which, judging by the look of him this morning, may be quite soon :? .
That's the conclusion that I've come to, but...
