   I saw a pic very similar to this in Entertainment Weekly...this one is SOOOOOO much better with added Bret and James! Is this photoshopped? I hope not because it pleases me greatly to imagine Bret hanging out with the grumpy old men. I love his impression of them in that HBO podcast when he mentions that The Muppets were one of his favorite shows.

*mildly disappointed sigh* ...same shirt....same jacket.... :eyebrow:

Here’s the official caption for the image from Disney:

DISNEY THE MUPPETS – FORGETTING MISS PIGGY? FUHGEDDABOUDIT! – There better not be creative differences when Miss Piggy is around. Just ask the team behind the new Disney Muppet movie, Jason Segel, James Bobin, Nick Stoller and Bret McKenzie joined here by Kermit the Frog, his new co-star Walter and the usual suspects at their first table read.

What do you think photoshoppers? Is Bret just stuck in that photo? I think it has to be photoshopped but the reflection in the sheen of the piano is good. Hmmm.

I think all the humans were Photoshopped in. And out as needed.

On imdb.com, they have two different versions of this same pic: one with only Jason Segel and then this one with everybody in it.

But, but, but...the reflection on the piano?!?!? Couldn't it be a set with the Muppets all posed with wires or something? I just really want to believe that Bret is actually there with the grumpy old men.

I couldn't be happier that he's writing music though. I'm thrilled for Two Little Boys...but slightly more thrilled for the music.

Hopefully Bret and Jemaine are writing a few new songs for the band whenever something inspires them. Another album boys, if you please? I so badly wish I had the new songs from the 2010 tour. Then of course they should tour to promote the thing.

Bret is feeling the love from the thousands...

They both seemed to be cognizant of the magnitude of that evening at The Hollywood Bowl, yet not flustered, intimidated or overwhelmed by it. I got the feeling they were consciously enjoying the concert that night.

It was a very different vibe from the first concert. In Amsterdam at the very first gigs, they seemed a bit rusty and almost shy?!?! Certainly they were charming, endearing and had a great vibe between the two of them...I'm not complaining I assure you. I'm just feeling very pleased that I got to see both ends of the spectrum.

I wonder how many (if any) band practices they had before the tour began?

 I totally agree, I got that same feeling. They really seemed to be enjoying themselves and they seemed very relaxed and conmfortable. They must have been feeling the love. It was quite a contrast to Las Vegas, which was a good show but was lacking in joy.

I would have loved to have seen rusty shy Amsterdam, lol. I guess I could go watch some YouTube. It's not quite the same though, is it? :|
