I came here looking for the tabs for this song, but I didn't see them anywhere, so I started trying to figure out the chords for myself. I figured I'd post what I came up with.
By the way, this is the first tab I've ever posted anywhere, and my first post here.
Thanks to squishakasoggy for making what sounds like a perfectly accurate tab of most of the song.
The whole first part, as they said, goes F Gm Bb A.
Then it changes at this part:

By the way, when you're playing D7 there, you sometimes slide up to D#7 and then back, as you can hear from the song, that's what I was trying to indicate. You continue to play D7 for a while, until you get to the final few "take me back"s, which go:
