Does ANYONE happen to have the Piano tabs/sheet music notation for Cellotape?

If you did I'd probably marry you... or at the very least love you for a long time.

I am actually working on transcribing it... Will probably post badly scrawled versions of it once I end my semester at university in a couple of weeks. It isn't exact yet, but pretty darn close.
I pretty much pulled out my Beatles Scores book, flipped to Hey Jude and matched some of the patterns. Very close, but different chords, of course.
