Bit famous, bit fit.... In other words 'Swoon'

It has to be done. You ladies (and guys) keep hijacking threads with mentions of people who are a bit famous and a bit fit

So you now have somewhere to discuss the merits of their talent, body of work (ahem) and said fitness right here. Share a pic of the adored hotness here. We don't need details to be too racy or indecent, a pic will do :eyebrow: Although feel free to talk about their talents and body of work (ahem)

As I said in another thread, I would like it officially recognised, that with regards to people who are a bit famous and a bit fit, Clooney is up there along with this man  Eric Bana. And as I also said, I seem to have a thing for fit Aussies who are funny. Bana started out as a stand up comedian 8)

Interview with Bana from 2002

Would it impress you Gayle if I told you I've met him. I met him the same day that he got busted for dancing around nekkid with his bongos.

Yes I met him earlier that night at Joe's Generic bar on 6th street in Austin. I saw the dancing approach he would be using later on. Except he still had his cloths on and no bongos. Lets just say it was primitive tribal. Lots of crouching, hands on the floor butt in the air type stuff. Seriously

A friend of mine met him in Italy when he was doing some press for one of his films. I was extremely envious.

He was a very "regular person" type. He came up to the bar right next to where I was standing. I casually said hello and told him I really liked him in "A Time To Kill". He stuck his hand out and and said thanks. Most celebs appreciate gratitude. If you can do it without being all "oh my gawd!!!! you're so and so!!!!" about it they'll like it even more. You know tell them thanks but don't cause a stir and ruin their evening. Also if at all possible try to avoid autograph seeking. A lot of them will do it but a lot of them just want to hang out. You know you met them they acknowledged you. If your reputation procedes you, you won't have to have any proof of it. Your friends will believe you. Thanks and have a nice day/evening usually means more to them.

Here's a hottie - very last-century:

Jerome K. Jerome.

So what this really is, is a shameless plug for the book club. It was worth a try. :D

He has a gentle kind of handsomeness, a very kind but sort of sad world weary look about him.
