Back from holiday, but minus a suitcase....have already vented rage slightly....but if anyone has any tips for successfully reclaiming a case please let me know.

Heathrow notorious for losing bags...but this makes me no less angry :evil:

ill be off for a couple of days cos im going to my dads after a bonfire tonight, then i might also be going to one tomorrow, and saturday

many fireworks for me xD
& then on sunday im going to leeds to see booshy things again so..ill be back sunday night me thinks

Zebra, sorry to hear they lost your suitcase. Have you filled out the obligatory forms? They're liable for a certain amount if they don't find it. By the way, did you have a good time?
