What's going to complicate matters is that "Kyle Butler" has been seen hanging out with Trinity all season.....at church, at the 4-Walls build, at his house.....!!

How can that escape anyone's notice and how will he explain it? Especially the fake identity? We've seen how his family had that whole Stockholm Syndrome thing going on....all I can hope is that now that they know what a real monster he actually was.....and when Jonah describes how Dex helped in keeping them safe....maybe they'll keep quiet.

Yeah and not mention it's like they're going to forget there was a victim named Kyle Butler. I don't know how he'll explain it.

Ooooo, I'd missed that point myself! So many problems...I hope they don't just gloss over all of that.

He could make up something about going to church to get some guidance for his marital problems.....and then maybe the deacon starts to form a strange attachment which turned to obsession and murder.....but the fake name!! :?
It's going to drive me nuts til S5!

Here's a good interview with Julie Benz (Rita). She has a lot of the same questions and concerns as we do.

EDIT: I just fixed the link. Should take you to the interview now.

I just heard Dexter's voice in a Dodge commercial, haha. I'd know that voice anywhere. I was waiting for him to stop on screen with blood splattered all over him.

It's ok Red...when it didn't work I just Googled Eonline interview Julie Benz. No probs. :D

That was good....I think she's handling it with good grace. If it were me, I'd be pretty cheezed off......I like her worrying about "her children." :)

So I just wanted to let you all know that after hearing you all talk about Dexter on twitter/facebook and whatnot, and hearing such great things about it, that I went and bought it at Target when they had the seasons on half off the week after Christmas (plus my 10% employee discount, it was a pretty hefty savings!). They only had seasons 1 and 3 in stock so I'll have to get season 2 on amazon or something. I just got a chance to watch the pilot tonight and I am SO hooked. I even have Showtime on my TV so I can hopefully get caught up here and even watch every week when it comes on! I just need to buy Season 2 online and hope that it gets here before I burn through Season 1, which, with a few days off coming up, it probably won't take me too long. I definitely want to know what's going on with the chopped up barbie in the fridge. FREAKY. Anyway, I might not read this thread too much because there are probably going to be a lot of spoilers but just wanted to share the news :)

They've got it at FYE up here for $30 and it's a buy 2 get one free, and I'm going with Jonathan, so I think he's got something he wants to get, so then we would get something for free as well!
