Yep! I haven't seen The Promotion but my observation that she would be a good fit for the series is mostly based off of her role on The Office. She does deadpan really well.

I would have loved an episode (or 2!) where their parents come to visit and what ensues when they try to show them around New York and attempt to make their lives appear more glamorous than they actually were.....

Yes! I love her. That may be the only way my husband would ever watch an episode. He has a massive Jenna Fischer crush.

Another idea I had that will probably never happen on screen - Bret and Jemaine meet Garfunkel and Oates.

They've been called the female version of FOTC. I've noticed a few familiar elements and I think FOTC were probably a major influence for them.

I LOVE Garfunkel and Oates! ("Ducks! Sex with ducks!") And yes, they'd have made a perfect match with B & J.

A friend of mine actually wrote an entire season three! I have to say, it is very, very good.

It's copyrighted now- perhaps it will fall into the right hands. Who knows!! :pray:
