I've never noticed it either, but I know my eyes were drawn elsewhere.

Honestly, I've never noticed the wallet in his front pocket until this montage of examples, Nonch. Either my eye is always drawn somewhere else or I just haven't studied them as extensively has some (you). :P

Neither have I.
What a detailed... detail to pick up on.
Maybe someone should making him a natty man-bag as a gift, all in the aid of stream-lined limbs.

Bret's hat - found via Ancient Industries, a purveyor of old-fashioned stuff.

I like the hat a lot; suits his curls!

I liked the variety of looks Bret sported during last year's tour. This year, I think they may have been allowed only one carry-on, eh? :? And the Devil Woman garb took up space that could have gone to more suits. Must have more suits, Bret! :hammer: (And animal tees, and...... :P )

That hat Bret wears is a classic Greek fishermen's hat: worn by dormant Libertarians, political science professors, and other eccentrics the world over. And yeah, by Greek fishermen, too.

Heh. Exhibit B is pretty much the very quick view I had of him in the hat. (sorry Nonch) :worry:

*grits teeth*

It's OK, indigo. Really. I'll get over it....someday.... probably... ( :tears: ) ( :cross: )

I LOVE the hat. :whitey: Nice find, bibli. I think a few more examples might be in order, and not at all superfluous.... ....though I am quite impressed with the large, exquisite exhibits provided by Venus. Didn't you view the hat with your own peepers too, V? (Just like Indigo?... *grumble, grumble* )

I just saw this pic in a magazine and Ms. Blanchett's dress was instantly my favorite at Cannes....then I realized why. :D

Love the hat too :D He wore it in Bergen as well and I agree that it goes well with the curls. (I generally don't approve of too much hat wearing though...It seems to go hand in hand with hair loss  But I don't know whether it's the cause or effect. It's very much a chicken and egg situation  )

Love Cate's dress! :D Maybe I'll get mum to sew me one inspired by one of the other shirts. The mice one maybe. That would be classy 8)

 Yep, I got very close to the hat. ;) Both of the pics I posted were taken at the M&G after their Birmingham gig. Exhibit A is from the pic onlyalways took of me and Bret and Exhibit B is from a pic I took of him during the M&G. Don't worry nonch, I bet the next time you meet Bret will be magical, whether he decides to wear a hat for the occasion or not. ;)

:waggle: I hope you are correct, Venus. And I hope you are incorrect about the hat thing, biscuit. If your mum makes the mousetrap dress, can I borrow it for dates? When I need to look really cool?

Ooooo Flyday! :yay:

Sure you can, reckon you would score in no time

ETA: I need the Flyday thread to be open for one reason only, to steal and post one of your Flickr pics, Nonch. It is UNbelievably swoon worthy, even for a non swooner like myself :halo:
