Jemaine on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

So, the clip in the link I posted isn't the complete interview I realize. I'm guessing the complete interview can be seen if you watch the whole episode. :dunno:

Anyone else notice Zach Braff was emulating Jemaine's DfS premiere look, sans beard?

That was so adorable, I forgive Jimmy Fallon for mispronouncing Jemaine's name *every single time* he said it. :roll:

Things I loved about this interview:

-Jemaine's argyle socks :heart:

-The little dance he did to Business Time as he walked to his seat :lol:

-His reaction to JF saying they had won an Emmy :roll2:

-On Dinner for Schmucks:
JC: "So now you think I'm going to promote this hilarious, rollercoaster ride of wackiness and nonstop laughter - how cheap do you think I am?"
JK: "OK, you don't have to talk about it."
JC: "....Well - just go see it." :lol:

Welcome back, Jemaine... well done. *shakes hands*

Oh and Jemaine's laugh. That was one of my favorite things too.

Thanks for the clip, Suzy. It was fun to see the second time, watching how much Jimmy cracked up. He was having a good time, and when the host has a good time, you get asked back.
I wish they had shown the first part of the interview when Jemaine is describing NZ's location to Jimmy, "betwixt..."; and then to carry over and use "betwixt" again in his description of his character was what sent Jimmy over the edge. :rolls:

I was glad to hear the little bit of Business Time by The Roots, and Jemaine's little dance was so cute.

So he's sporting full-beardness and argyles - loved it!

Now let's get him to LA and on Conan in the fall betwixt shooting days! :nod:

Excellent interview! So many great moments!

The house band did an excellent job playing 'Business Time' as Jemaine's intro music and I loved the dance Jemaine did as he walked to his seat!

Jemaine came across really well in the interview and seemed quite relaxed. Jimmy seemed smitten by Jemaine (lots of talk about nakedness and being sensual

) which was quite endearing and Jimmy was cracking up throughout the interview. The way he pronounced Jemaineâ€™s surname was slightly annoying but I'll let him off. There was good banter going on throughout the interview which was great to watch. Gotta love Jemaine's quick wit!

It was so funny seeing Jemaine grimace whilst Jimmy said FOTC won awards which they actually haven't won. :lol:

Loved when he was talking about getting back together with Bret and apologising after being away from eachother and how they're treated in NZ, "Welcome back Jemaine. Well done". :lol:

And lol at the Dinner For Schmucks clip they showed. It reminded me of the second episode of the second season when Jemaine tells one of his 'clients' that laughing "puts him off".

I am so going to be using the word 'betwixt' now. It's a great word.

Oh sad! I can only watch the 2 minute clip, but the full episode isn't working for me.

I'll have to try again later. Jemaine sure knows how to be charming, doesn't he?

Hmm, where did you see it Venus? I haven't had any luck getting to the see the entire interview. Though I haven't actually rewatched the bit I posted. Well, not with the sound on anyway. Must do that now... :bolt:

But first, YES to all of everyone's observations! :thumb:

Adorableness from Jemaine all around! I also liked his imaginary hugs. As a matter of fact, I put myself in imaginary Bret's place when he was doing it. The second hug was extra nice!
