Hello All,
I am new to this forum as i am glad i have been able to find something about Flight of the conchords. I think they are wonderful, Talented entertainment. I have been fortunate to see Rhys Darby, and Arj Barker doing their own Stand up. Where the Conchords are I have no idea. To see them would be a special occasion but if not they have an admirer in myself.

Hi there, sktomeg! Welcome to the forum! That's great that you've been able to see Arj and Rhys live. They are really funny guys! Where are you from? I hope you have the chance to see FOTC live too. :)

Cool, I've heard of Geelong. Yeah Bret and Jemaine are still performing as FOTC but they're also involved in many other projects such as starring in various films so I guess it's just a matter of finding the time. They have mentioned on a few occasions that they want to tour Australia and New Zealand (like here) so fingers crossed they will be able to do so in the not-so-distant future! As soon as anything is announced, news will definitely be posted on here! :D

Thats fantastic to hear and thanks for letting me know that. Are they aware of this forum? and have they ever posted anything on this?, as it is a very "devoted" place to discuss them. I'm glad i found this anyway, thanks for all being so kind.
Cheers,
Simon

Yeah, Bret and Jemaine are aware of this site because of the site's long history! Jemaine posted on here back in 2006/7. You can see his posts here. :D

Hi all, I heard here on the Radio That Bret is being interviewed on a radio show from 4pm here Melbourne time. The show is "Hamish & Andy" on 101.9 FOX FM. I just thought that there may be some people interested. I heard it on the radio on my way to work this morning, so how much of Bret McKenzie there will be I dont know.

Regards,
Simon

Sorry all I meant to say at 4pm Melbourne time on Friday the 11th of Feb. They are doing the radio show from New Zealand. Maybe some of you can tune in on the net to listen.

Thanks- that gives me time to try and remember!

Head over to the Bret threads and you'll see that he's in the middle of filming a movie starring himself and Hamish called Two Little Boys.

Hamish and Andy are still pretty new to me but wow are they funny! Thanks for the info- and Welcome aboard!

Great, thanks for the heads up! :thumb: You should post in other sections of the forum too like the Two Little Boys thread as Laura mentioned and we also have a Hamish and Andy thread.
