It was the night before leaving and all through the house not a creature was stirring (except for Nic and his cousin having a sleepover downstairs and giggling their little heads off even though it's well past midnight) but Biscuit is still up thinking about the blasted flight that is now only *checks watch* 11 hours away :worry:

I thought; who can I possible bother with this little piece of old news and I thought of you guys, especially the ones I am meeting in London, and Bristol ;) If I just focus on the meet-up and the laughs I know I'll be fine 8) I can't believe I am actually going :woohoo:

I wanted to bring Silas, my beautiful Lanikai, but it turns out I can't fit the hardcase in my suitcase and because I'm flying cheap and can't afford to pay for extra luggage I'm bringing my good old beater uke McKenzie  But that is kind of cool too because I still have a London sticker on it from last time and now I can add another. :D

Oh, but did I mention this? -> I forgot my PF tickets at home on top of the fridge!!! I mailed my keys to my friend back home and she had the tickets posted directly to the place Zebra and I are staying in London. Fingers crossed they make it there in time! *crosses fingers*

Oh no, I hope you get your tickets in time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

We still need to figure out when and where we'll be meeting on Sat. Hmm. Let me PM you. :)

So that was the meet up that was :) :(
I'll get my review of the gig up at some point during the week (Venus might beat me to it though (kinda hoping she will!)), but for now, there's this..

:yay: Great video, ladies! :thumb:

I was out for dinner at that time. And yeah...there was a shortage of ukes that evening. :worry: I did play Ten Guitars with biscuit on kipples' beautiful uke though. What a great night, we all had so much fun! :D

That video didn't turn out to bad at all, and it's good to have proof of how Kipples attacked me right at the end there

It's a shame we didn't record anything else though. And shame one Venus for turning up without her uke  Me and Kipples did play a few other songs together as well, and a few each. Kipples' rude song should definitely be recorded and put up on mediafire or something for people to download!! 8) 8) 8)

That was terrific! You girls seriously rock the uke!! :supz:

Personally I commend Zebra's uke-playing, it looks very much like the way I play my uke (the imaginary way...).
