I'm Livi - 22 from Manchester, UK. I only discovered Flight of the Conchords a few months ago after watching Gentlemen Broncos (which is pretty awesome) and I'm now a major fan of the guys (I particularly like one of them... ) so I thought I'd join up here and say Hi!

I'm new to these forum things so you'll have to bear with me!

Spill the beans. Are you Bretero, Jemaniac, or Biconchordian? Me, I'm a Jemaniac with biconchordian tendencies. They're both lush.

There is so much FOTC to explore here I'm not sure you'll have time to sleep. Have fun looking around and let us know if you need help finding anything. Be sure to check out Amoeba, it's a BIG favorite. Believe me you'll fall even harder than you already have. There is an amazing video of the show and tons of awesome pics. Hello, Livi! I absolutely love that Dr. Chevalier was the one to turn you on to the Conchords. I hope you've discovered Garfield Olyphant, Action Fighter, Nigel, Spook, Jarrod and especially Kieran Vollard. now you can join us all as we wait to experience Boris in 3D in May.

Thanks for the welcomes guys! It's good to know there are people out there that love these boys as much as me! Still can't believe they've been around all this time and I never knew! Anyway, thanks to Broncos, I've had a major catch up over the last few weeks so all is good... In answer to your Q's so far I have gone and bought the boxset and watched both seasons and absolutely love them - it was weird hearing Jemaine's actual accent when I was so used to the english one - heh heh. Bought their music too - Inner City Pressure, Bowie and Jenny are among my faves. I was sorry to hear they stopped at two series - only wish I could see them perform live at least once! I also watched Eagle Vs Shark recently and fell in love with that too - so funny and sweet, I was very impressed with the soundtrack and Jarrod's nunchuk skills! I am definitely a confirmed Jemainiac - Don't get me wrong, Bret's a delight but Jemaine is doubly delightful You can't go wrong with that voice and those sideburns! heh heh Anyway what was I saying?...Oh yeah! I have yet to see Tongan Ninja - except from some random clips on Youtube, am trying to get hold of a copy but it's not so easy. Have only just seen a trailer for Dinner for Schmucks which featured Jemaine dressed up as a centaur or something? Naturally I'm intrigued...

In conclusion - I'm hooked! They're both so funny/talented/sixy

You're going to be mad for Kieran after seeing Dinner for Schmucks! And Tongan Ninja is fantastic! Right now my copy of that and both seasons of the show are in my 13 yr old son's room, lol. I'm very proud.

Yep, I would also definitely recommend watching Dinner For Schmucks. You can check out our thread for Dinner for Schmucks here. I really do hope they start touring again and return to the UK. I had an incredible time seeing them live during their 2010 tour.

Yowza....just finished watching Dinner For Schmucks and just keep finding more reasons to love that man heh heh that scene when he made faces in the mirror while playing the bongos pretty much made my day heh heh brilliant stuff. Gotta say though, Dr. Chevalier is still my favourite heh heh Next up on my to-watch list: Tongan Ninja!

Whot? Nancy! I remember the rabbits vid came out on the same day that I was going to see Jemaine on the Jimmy Fallon show, it was quite the distraction and chose not to watch the whole thing until later. As most people around here know, Kieran Jemaine is one of my favorite kinds of Jemaine.
