Trip to the corner neighborhood store after taking my girls to the library. Piece of blueberry coffee cake, 2 frescas, and an ice cream cone and ice cream bar for the girls.

(Oh yes, paid my library fine at the library too. I have an addiction to books, and am really bad at getting them back.)

Had a craving for ice cream, so the last thing I bought today was a M&M Blizzard at Dairy Queen. :D

Biscuit - the hightlight of our band career was appearing on local TV with our song (about what would happen if Father Christmas was drunk in charge of his sleigh). Our band was on the whole pretty much the same as yours....and it all ground to al halt soon after.

I picked up some dry cleaning (2 broken zip repairs also), and bought naans last night.

AA batteries for my disc player that I use while running. (I find Boom King and Prince of Parties to be particularly motivating, while running). Really, I should just get into the 21st century and buy an mp3 player, since the disc player is rather cumbersome in comparison.

Two Bloody Mary's :D:D:D:D They were delicious. I hadn't had one in ages. It's not my usual drink of choice. But on a hot Sunday afternoon it was lovely. I walked into the pub and a girlfriend of mine had one and I thought, "Oh yes, I'll have that!" And they were really really good ones. I don't know if y'all know this but in the UK they pour you a bit of Vodka and give you a can of tomato juice and maybe a lemon wedge. BLECH! I make a pretty delicious Bloody Mary myself but it's been a good while. But summer is here and a pitcher on the deck sounds perfect. I might need to have a little party :D

A disposable camera for Jacob to take with him tomorrow. They're going to Henry Ford Greenfield Village. :)

I'll find out after school. It was kind of rainy today, darn it....hope they didn't have to miss anything.

Bought groceries. Tomorrow is my day for luncheon-hosting and I'm making scalloped potatoes and ham and peach upside-down cake. :) So, stuff to make that- the peaches smell lovely.

Bought groceries today too. Hate grocery shopping, so I only make it there about once every 7-10 days when the cupboard starts getting bare. I always end up spending more money than I plan to, but then I hate the thought of forgetting something and having to make another trip. Now, the grocery bags are surrounding me in the kitchen, so I suppose I should put the food away. Amongst a million other things I did manage to get coffee (vanilla nut flavor) and ice cream (Red Sox Green Monster Mint).

Both your groceries sound good - peaches and ice cream = yum!
