A tribute to Jemaine's lips

AKA as HipHopapotamus, half of the Humourbeasts, Action Fighter, Dr Chevalier and Jarrod in Eagle vs Shark! Nuff said. You can write the rest!

I'm just pointing out a fact. :geek:

Yep, while I would love to take credit for it, silentflighty is the creator of the Hiphopopotamus. Well, the photoshopped Hiphopopotamus. ;) :prayer:

The Persistence of Lips.

OK, I know this is really pretty weird. Poor Jemaine's lips look a bit like slices of lox, to me. Still, as a fan of both Dali and Jemaine's lips, it appeals to me somehow. ;) (Again, Jemaine - if you ever see this, I apologize.)

No worries. I'm happy people like the hippos.. I made these quickly on my lunch break. Wish I had more time to look for nice backdrops for Jem's gorgeous lips.

Me too. Also preferably on his face. ;) I think this is more of a homage to Dali, rather than Jemaine's lips, ha ha. I think Dali definitely came out on top in this one.

I can see that, though they still look like slices of meat to me. I hate to say it but it's true.

Well, ya know, it's Dali. *shrug* It's gonna be freaky! But I promise I won't subject you all to anymore weirdness. Well, not much more. ;)

Wow, that is absolutely flipping brilliant! They way you managed to fold and bend them so they have the correct perspective...I'm so impressed! Plus I adore Dali.

Well done!

I love Dali too. I wanted to do an Escher one but I can't figure out how to make the lips all mesh together, you know like the repeating lizards or birds? :hrm: The problem is they aren't the same on both sides, so it doesn't work. I'd love to see an Escher lips tribute, though.

I'm thinking about this too much, aren't I?

You really shouldn't encourage me. You should be staging an intervention.

Oh my goodness you lot  , I've just been catching up on the last few pages and I laughed myself into a change of underchunders! The hiphopopatumus, the Picasso and the Buddha just cracked me up, to name a few. Keep up the good work please, you cheered me up no end
